For pleasantly spicy and delicious dishes, nothing better than a small pinch of Green Pepper in Brine! Coming from southeastern Madagascar, in Farafangana, pepper seeds are harvested by hand before being mature. They then undergo a short brining to sustain their aroma and freshness.
