Madagascar offers a rainbow of tastes and colours to all those who are looking for great food. Our wild mango trees benefit from rich soils and a favourable climate in the North West of the Great Island. The mangoes are picked ripe and their bright yellow skin recalls the warmth of the island. Their orange flesh is particularly juicy and sweet. This fruit is very aromatic. This exotic jam is as fragrant as Lychee Jam. Each mouthful is a magic getaway to Madagascar’s paradisiac landscapes. Mangoes are harvested between October and January in Moramanga.
