Sardinia, the paradise of olives
A little further… in the Mediterranean !
In the middle of the blue Mediterranean is Sardinia, the great Italian island shaped by the winds with countless stories. Its white sand beaches and crystal blue waters are familiar to all travellers. Its little known and intriguing Nuragic civilisation, dating back to the Bronze Age, more than 3500 years ago, is an invaluable asset to the island. Add to that the Millennial olive trees, its untouched nature, the clean air and its light.

ILANGA NATURE settled there and planted on a hundred hectares of lands and hills. Among sughero (cork oaks) and olivastres (wild olive trees), it also grew an olive grove with 10,000 feet of several Tuscan varieties, including a forgotten one.
Combining these varieties with Sardinia soils produces unique oil: subtly spicy with a mild flavour of artichoke and wild fruits, enriched with hints of freshly cut green herbs.
ILANGA NATURE NATURE wanted to revolutionise the traditions by growing these new varieties in Sardinia, far from their native lands. It created new flavours that will bring an explosion of taste in your salads and your various recipes for a new tasting experience.
